“One of our DEI initiatives at Candid was to curate a speaker series with the aim of creating the space for open and honest discussion around these topics of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We felt one important step for creating a more diverse and equitable workplace was to create a forum where everyone at our company felt safe to share, learn, and engage with these topics.
